Hey neighbors—Amelia Davis here sharing a round-up of some solid deals and local offers around Brooklyn Center. If you’ve got errands to run or plans to eat out, here are specials from businesses right in or near our community.
Service & Auto Deals
Luther Brookdale Chevrolet
If your ride needs TLC, this dealership on Brooklyn Boulevard is rolling out a couple of good car-care offers. One: a 6-quart ACDelco full synthetic oil change (on most vehicles) for around $69.95. Two: a tire price match guarantee—bring in a competitive offer from a retailer within 100 miles, they’ll match it. Both offer great ways to save. Valid through fall.
Luther Brookdale Volkswagen
Over at Volkswagen, there’s a “no charge battery test” including inspection of terminals and charging system, plus a multi-point inspection. Also, if you’re buying tires through their tire store, there’s a special: buy three tires and get reimbursed for the fourth (front tire) under certain guidelines. These are short-term service specials but worth bookmarking.
Home, HVAC & Essentials
Dean’s Home Services
For household systems & appliances: several promotions are available from Dean’s. They’re offering collectibles such as a FREE water quality test with a $30 water heater flush, $100 off a new boiler installation, a $30 boiler safety check, plus rebates & discounts of up to ~$4,700 on certain combos of HVAC upgrades. Financing options are also available. Great time to check your furnace or plumbing.

Whether you’re looking for a massage, gift card deals, or food vouchers, you’ll find options including Japanese hibachi spots and Mexican restaurants not far away. Always check the fine print to make sure the place is within a reasonable distance.
Tips for Getting the Best from Local Deals
- Always read expiration dates and eligibility—some offers are limited for specific vehicle models, require appointments, or exclude certain services.
- Bring proof of the offer—many need the coupon or “offer code” presented at the time of service or purchase.
- Support the businesses offering them—leaving good feedback when you have a positive experience helps them keep offering specials.
- Watch for changes—new offers pop up every week or month especially at retail & restaurants.
